Kest-Mixer is a bottom mounted magnetic mixer made for critical applications in the pharmaceutical industries. The meaning is to avoid shaft going through the tank wall which is a source of contamination and sterility rupture.

Kest-Mixer line covers volumes from 30 litres up to 35 000 litres tank and designed for CIP/SIP processes .

Kest-Mixer is using the longlife Zirconium Oxyde male bearing which allows to run dry and that resists to mis-handlings.

A tank plate is welded into the bottom of the tank and the manipulation of the drive unit is becoming very easy by the use of the Kest-Lock snap ring for the models KM-3/7, KM-7/20 et KM-20/70.

Drive unit should always be connected to a frequency converter to adapt the mixer speed according to each application.
